We're seeking a Workforce Manager to lead and supervise all activities related to the Workforce team for a dedicated IntouchCX program. This leadership role requires someone with the vision, experience, and passion to contribute to our culture and drive success for our clients.
As a Workforce Manager, You Will:
- Collaborate closely with Operations to align team efforts with company goals and partner objectives.
- Interact directly with external partners, building long-term, strategic relationships.
- Analyze partner metrics and workforce staffing trends consistently.
- Recommend and implement process efficiencies to optimize program performance.
- Lead, support, and retain members of the Workforce team through active management and motivation.
- Represent Workforce in sales meetings and contribute to RFI responses.
- Stay informed of emerging tools and trends in workforce management.
As a Workforce Manager, You Have:
- A University or College Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business).
- Experience using Aspect Software (considered an asset).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superior organizational abilities and a results-focused mindset.
- The ability to perform and lead in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
- Confidence interacting with employees at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
- Strategic thinking skills paired with strong planning and performance monitoring capabilities.
