Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on Workday Time Tracking, including configuration, setup, and maintenance of time tracking processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

- Integrate Workday Time Tracking with other HR systems such as Payroll and Absence management.

- Troubleshoot issues related to time tracking data integrity and provide resolutions.

- Develop reports using Workday Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on Workday Time Tracking consulting services.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid understanding of Workday HCM modules including Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management etc. .

- Experience working with various integrations between different systems using APIs or other integration tools.
