:

We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Studio XSLT Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions within the Corporate Systems landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Studio, XSLT, XML technologies, and Workday integrations, with experience integrating Workday with HR, Finance, Payroll, Identity Management, and other enterprise applications.

The role involves building scalable and reliable integration solutions, managing data transformations, and ensuring seamless communication between Workday and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio.
- Develop and support XSLT-based transformations for inbound and outbound data integrations.
- Build integration solutions between Workday and enterprise systems including HR, Payroll, Finance, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.
- Develop and maintain XML schemas, mappings, and transformation logic.
- Configure and support Workday Web Services, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, data transformation errors, and production incidents.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Optimize integration performance and ensure high availability of critical interfaces.




- Create and maintain technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and enterprise integration standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Integration Certification.
- Experience integrating Workday with ERP, Payroll, Identity Management, or Finance systems.
- Exposure to PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect, and Document Transformation.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementation or support projects.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
