Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Consultant Studio & Integrations to design, develop, and support complex Workday integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and third-party enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Workday Studio, integration architecture, web services, and data transformation technologies.

The role involves working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions that support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using Workday Studio.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Develop integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into technical integration designs.
- Configure and support integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop data transformation and mapping solutions using XML, XSLT, and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.




- Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Workday integration best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, migration, and production support projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Workday Integration Certification.
- Experience with PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect, and Document Transformation.
- Exposure to Workday Extend and custom application integrations.
- Experience in Workday implementation and support projects.
- Knowledge of integration security, authentication mechanisms, and data governance.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
