Principal Responsibilities - Collaborate with vendors, product management, and business stakeholders to analyze process flow and gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Implement and enhance HR Workday Integrations and strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Plan, execute, and deliver key project milestones related to integrations.
- Work in an agile development environment, leveraging JIRA to effectively track progress and manage tasks.
- Partner closely with consultants on team, reviewing their work and providing feedback.
- Maintain regular updates with your manager, proactively reporting progress and identifying potential issues. Qualifications/Skills Required - 5-7 years of implementing Workday integrations, with a robust understanding of Workday architecture and methodology.
- Skilled in integrations design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support phases.
- Hands-on expertise in developing Workday Integrations using Studio, Custom Report,
Core Connector, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, and EIB.
Experience in Orchestrate and Workday Extend integrations is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday functional modules, including HCM, Benefits, Payroll/Third-Party Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and strong knowledge of web development languages.
- Extensive knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication/authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.).
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
