Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Delhi/Noida is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant (Core HCM) to configure and optimize Workday HR solutions.
You will work with HR and IT teams on core HCM, BPFs, reporting, calculated fields, and security. Solid EIB experience and knowledge of lifecycle processes are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Workday HCM (Core HCM).
- BPFs (Business Process Framework) expertise.
- Proficient in Workday Reporting.
- Experience with Calculated Fields.
- Hands-on with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Knowledge of Workday Security Roles and domain/security controls.
- Understanding of Organizational Structures, Supervisory Organizations, Job Profiles and Positions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules per business requirements.
- Design, develop, and optimize Workday Business Processes for HR operations.
- Create and maintain custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.
- Develop complex Calculated Fields to support reporting and business needs.
- Configure and manage Workday Security Roles and domain security policies.
- Support data loading and extraction activities using EIB.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday production issues.
- Collaborate with HR to streamline employee lifecycle processes.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
