Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Workday HCM Core and HR systems.

- Troubleshoot Workday issues related to business processes, calculated fields, security, integrations, and EIBs.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead HR system enhancements, testing, implementation, and production support.

- Collaborate with global HR, business, and technical teams.

- Prepare technical documentation and support user adoption.

- Drive process improvements and ensure system stability.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM Core experience.

- Strong expertise in Workday Business Process Configuration, Security, Calculated Fields, Integrations, and EIBs.

- Experience in global Workday implementation and production support.

- Ability to gather business requirements and deliver functional solutions.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in a global workplace is preferred.
