? We’re Hiring: Workday Finance Consultant | Remote Location |5+ years exp

? Key Responsibilities

- Implement, support, maintain, and enhance Workday Finance solutions.
- Design and implement strategies to improve business performance and processes.
- Resolve production issues and guide teams in incident and problem resolution.
- Configure and maintain Workday Finance modules and functional setups.
- Test and implement current Workday Finance functionality and software releases.
- Manage application implementations, enhancements, changes, and process improvements.
- Configure user and role-based security groups for access management.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Assist integration teams in architecting integrations between Workday and external vendor solutions.
- Support upgrades, interfaces, APIs, web services, and integrations with core business and external systems.
- Create and support ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Prioritize and manage support tickets while tracking and reporting support metrics.




- Ensure configuration changes follow appropriate procedures and workflows in line with internal audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using strong business and functional knowledge.

? Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 full Workday lifecycle implementation, including workflow development and integrations
- Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and business process evaluation
- Robust experience in Workday Finance configuration and support
- Knowledge of Reporting
- Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and XPath
- Experience with Workday Studio
- Understanding of APIs / Web Services
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
