- Serve as a Workday functional expert for Absence and Compensation modules.
- Participate in end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure Workday Absence policies, plans, eligibility rules, accruals, and reporting.
- Support Workday Compensation configuration including eligibility rules, compensation programs, and awards.
- Conduct data conversions, ensuring accuracy and completeness during migration to Workday.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement integrations between Workday and other HR systems.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and end-user training materials.
- Conduct workshops and provide guidance to clients on Workday best practices.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support post-deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide recommendations to optimize business processes.
