We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Consultant to design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the Workday Extend platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building innovative solutions that enhance Workday functionality and address complex business requirements across HR, Finance, Payroll, and enterprise operations.

The role requires solid technical expertise in Workday Extend, Workday APIs, business process frameworks, and integration technologies, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using the Workday Extend platform.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build user-centric applications that extend Workday capabilities and improve business processes.
- Develop and configure Workday Extend components, services, and application workflows.
- Integrate Extend applications with Workday modules and external enterprise systems.
- Leverage Workday APIs, Web Services, and integration frameworks to enable seamless data exchange.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Ensure adherence to Workday security, governance, and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.




- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Workday Extend Certification.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Reporting.
- Experience working on Workday implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
