We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. This role requires strong functional consulting capabilities, system configuration expertise, and experience in managing Workday implementations, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable Workday solutions and system configurations.
- Design and implement business process improvements within the Workday platform.
- Manage Workday security roles, domains, business process security policies, and user access.
- Configure calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business reporting needs.
- Lead testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for functional and configuration-related challenges.
- Support Workday integrations with third-party applications using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs.
- Collaborate with integration, technical, and reporting teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system performance through regular audits and monitoring.
- Evaluate Workday biannual releases, analyze impact, and coordinate feature adoption.




- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and functional analysts.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Partner with HR leadership to recommend best practices and continuous system improvements.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Workday HCM configuration and administration.
- Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, and Time Tracking.
- Knowledge of Workday Security Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Business Process configuration.
- Experience creating calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Good understanding of Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and Cloud Connect.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations and post-production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 12-14 years of overall IT consulting experience with significant Workday consulting expertise.
- Experience leading Workday implementation or transformation programs.
- Workday Functional or Workday HCM Certification is preferred.
- Experience in global HRIS implementations and multi-country deployments is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and enterprise HR systems.
