Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is a must

Workday Payroll Certification (Additional advantage)

5+ years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience, for customers of all sizes

Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs

Knowledge in Payroll and Excellent understanding of Payroll legislation (Additional Advantage)

Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel

Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

Solid communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

You will provide Workday product, subject-matter,



and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions

You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.

Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.

You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.

Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.

Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.

Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration

Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration Preferences:

Substantial and measurable delivery of 3 or more Time Tracking and Absence implementations for at least two phases

Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
