We don't deliver standalone websites, we create end-to-end growth systems that solve tracking and infrastructure challenges to improve visibility, ROI, and marketing efforts. As our WordPress and Shopify developer, you will work remotely in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with stakeholders and the marketing team.

You will design, build, customize, and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites, themes, and plugins aligned with performance and shared marketing goals. Day to day, you will implement responsive front-end interfaces, integrate back-end functionality, optimize websites for speed and performance, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. You will also configure tracking and analytics tools, support A/B testing initiatives, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvements for client growth systems.

What you will do

Build and maintain WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify websites with best performance, clean code, and design

Set up and customize themes, child themes, plugins, and custom post types following WordPress coding standards

Optimize websites for page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance

Manage DNS configurations, hosting migrations, and domain setups

Configure and maintain Cloudflare security rules, WAF policies, and CDN settings

Integrate and manage CRMs like GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, and Salesforce

Debug and resolve frontend and backend issues across WordPress and Shopify environments

Implement technical SEO fixes shared by the marketing team, using tools like Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Otto SEO, and LocalFalcon

Implement GA4,



Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel correctly on client websites

Support paid ad campaigns by building and optimizing landing pages

Maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites through regular security updates, plugin updates, and log monitoring What we are looking for

1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Core PHP, PHP frameworks, WordPress/WooCommerce, and Shopify development

Solid understanding of PHP, WordPress hooks, file structure, and WordPress coding standards

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and related frameworks

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must

Strong debugging skills, you should be comfortable identifying and fixing issues independently without needing to escalate every problem

Hands-on experience with popular WordPress plugins and Shopify apps, their use cases, and best practices

Hands-on experience with Shopify theme customization using Liquid templating, sections, and blocks

Familiarity with Shopify store setup, product management, collections, metafields, and checkout customization

Hands-on experience with DNS management, hosting migrations, and domain configuration

Experience with Cloudflare, including security rules, WAF, and CDN setup

Experience integrating CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce with websites

Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and basic tracking setup

Comfortable working with project management and communication tools like Asana, Notion, and Slack

Someone who is reliable about their work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and follows through without needing constant follow-up. We value accountability over availability Nice to have

Experience with Shopify Plus, custom app development, or Shopify API integrations

Experience with automation connectors like Zapier, Pabbly, or Make.com

Experience with WP Blocks or custom Gutenberg block development

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads
