NVSK Foundation is lookingfor an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our sales team in Coimbatore.

NLocation: Coimbatore (Onsite)

NPreferred Language: Tamil & English

NKey Responsibilities

nLead Management

n
- Handle leads fromMeta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Housing.Com, 99acres, website, and WhatsApp.
N
- Update and maintain lead details in CRM/Lead Sheets.
N

nCustomer Follow-up

N

n
- Call new enquiries immediately.
N
- Perform daily follow-ups with existing leads.
N
- Update call status and customer remarks after every interaction.
N

nSite Visit Coordination

N

n
- Convince customers to schedule a site visit.
N
- Coordinate with the Sales Executive for site visit appointments.
N
- Arrange cab facilities for customers when required.
N
- Send reminders before the scheduled site visit.
N

nCustomer Engagement

N

n
- Collect customer feedback after site visits.
N




- Coordinate booking discussions with the Sales Executive and Management.
N
- Follow up until the booking process is completed.
N

nSales Coordination

N

n
- Maintain accuratelead records in CRM.
N
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer updates and follow-ups.
N
- Ensure every customer interaction is properly documented.
N

nRequirements

nMinimum 1+ year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordination.

NExperience in Real Estate, Loans, Banking, Credit Cards, Insurance, or any customer-facing sales industry is preferred.

NExcellent communication and convincing skills.

NStrong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.

NBasic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is an advantage.
