Wire Drawing - Key Responsibilities Read the job card and shift register at the start of the shift Perform a line walk to check for abnormalities and take required actions Check cladded steel rod size with a micrometer before loading Select and load coils as per job card conductivity and size Inspect machine condition as per checksheet pulleys rollers dancers water circulation lubricant etc Perform cutting straightening welding grinding and pointing of cladded rod Enter conductivity and size details in the job card and checksheet Follow die schedule and record actual die size in the checksheet While setting new dies check diameter after each block and ensure proper casting setup Verify finish wire size surface finish and lubricant carryover Tag coil weight length and batch ID and record in job card Clean the machine and surrounding area at end of shift Report unresolved issues to the supervisor or manager Record production data in the production logbook Stop production if needed to correct quality issues General Responsibilities Ensure timely completion of job card and process checksheet Maintain effective safety performance in the department Achieve zero-defect production Control and handle waste as per departmental SOP Maintain 5S activities on the shopfloor Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
