Are you passionate about building and managing enterprise-grade CI/CD platforms? We're looking for an experienced Harness Platform Engineer to drive platform engineering, release automation, and DevSecOps initiatives across large-scale environments.
? Key Responsibilities
- Administer, govern, and enhance the Harness platform.
- Manage Harness Delegates, connectors, and platform configurations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the Harness ecosystem.
- Perform vulnerability remediation across Harness platform components, including Delegate images.
- Develop and maintain reusable CI/CD templates and best practices.
- Manage Harness EKS clusters, including upgrades, patching, and lifecycle support.
- Own platform lifecycle management, modernization initiatives, and vendor engagement.
- Establish governance, standards,
and reusable CI/CD pipeline frameworks.
- Drive adoption of self-service deployment capabilities and Internal Developer Platform (IDP) practices.
- Lead enterprise release orchestration using XLDeploy and XLRelease.
- Manage artifact repositories, binary lifecycle management, and dependency governance using Nexus.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment quality, release predictability, and delivery speed.
- Champion DevSecOps practices through automated quality gates, compliance checks, and security controls.
