Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and visionary Wellness Director to lead and oversee the development, delivery, and growth of AUM Life's wellness ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in holistic wellness, Ayurveda, Yoga, and integrative healing practices, coupled with strong leadership and operational capabilities.

The Wellness

Director will be responsible for designing innovative wellness programs, leading multidisciplinary wellness teams, ensuring exceptional member experiences, driving wellness education initiatives, and contributing strategically to business growth.

Key Responsibilities Wellness Strategy & Program Development

Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of holistic wellness programs and therapies.

Develop customized wellness journeys integrating Ayurveda, Yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, emotional wellness, and preventive healthcare.

Introduce creative wellness offerings aligned with industry trends and member requirements.

Establish and regularly review wellness protocols, treatment guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Clinical & Wellness Leadership

Conduct wellness consultations and assessments to recommend personalized wellness plans.

Oversee Ayurvedic therapies, Panchakarma programs, Yoga therapies, and other holistic healing modalities.





Ensure the highest standards of wellness practices, treatment outcomes, and member satisfaction.

Collaborate with wellness practitioners and specialists to provide an integrated approach to healing and preventive care. Operations & Team Management

Lead and mentor the wellness team comprising therapists, yoga practitioners, nutritionists, and allied wellness professionals.

Drive operational excellence across wellness services while ensuring compliance with quality standards and protocols.

Monitor service delivery, member feedback, and continuous process improvements.

Develop training modules and conduct regular skill enhancement programs for the wellness team.

Corporate

Wellness & Business Development

Design and execute corporate wellness initiatives, retreats, workshops, and wellness programs.

Represent AUM Life at wellness forums, events, and industry platforms to strengthen brand visibility.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to develop wellness-focused campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Support member engagement initiatives and curate signature wellness experiences. Research, Innovation & Education

Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in holistic wellness and integrative healthcare.

Develop thought leadership initiatives including wellness talks, seminars, and educational programs.





Contribute to wellness content creation for digital platforms and member communications.

Promote evidence-based wellness practices while preserving the authenticity of traditional healing systems.

Desired Candidate

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda (BAMS) is mandatory. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Wellness, Panchakarma, Yoga, Nutrition, Psychology, or Integrative Medicine will be preferred.

Minimum 15 years of experience in Wellness, Ayurveda, Yoga, or Holistic Healthcare.

Proven experience in designing and managing wellness programs and multidisciplinary wellness teams.

Strong understanding of Panchakarma, lifestyle management, preventive healthcare, and holistic healing practices.

Experience in luxury wellness retreats, corporate wellness programs, or hospitality wellness environments will be an added advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
