Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage welding operations to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

- Conduct regular inspections of welds to identify defects and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) documents for various materials and processes.

- Supervise junior engineers and technicians in their daily tasks, providing guidance on best practices.

Job Requirements :

- 5-17 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with a focus on welding engineering or related field.

- Robust knowledge of NDT (Non Destructive Testing) techniques such as PQR (Prequalification Quality Assurance Record).

- Proficiency in welding inspection methods including visual examination, radiography testing, etc.

- Experience with developing WPS documents using AWS/CSWIP standards.
