About the Role

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 1–5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using MongoDB, MYSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Design and manage MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries.

- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js,



Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Knowledge of Next.js.

- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of WebSockets (Socket.IO) for real-time applications.

- Basic knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
