Role Description The Founding Member (Investment Partner) is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves actively shaping the brand’s growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to key investment decisions that drive expansion in premium grooming and hair care.

The Investment

Partner will collaborate closely with the founding team on financial modeling, fundraising initiatives, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and consumer research, evaluating potential collaborations,



advising on sales and marketing approaches, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure sustainable and scalable growth. The role requires a strong presence in cross-functional discussions, helping align product, brand, and commercial objectives while representing the company in select external stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis, business modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven sales skills, with experience in business development, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Marketing expertise, including brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and campaign evaluation.

Advanced research skills for market analysis, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights.

Prior experience in investment, venture building, or early-stage startups, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

Ability to operate in a fast-evolving environment, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and long-term ownership perspective.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
