Reels & Frames is looking for an experienced Lead Photographer to capture premium weddings and destination celebrations. We're seeking someone with a strong creative eye, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional visual storytelling under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead photography coverage at weddings and events
- Capture timeless portraits, candid moments and key ceremonies
- Direct clients confidently during portraits and group shots
- Coordinate with cinematographers and the production team on-site
- Travel extensively for destination weddings
Requirements:
- 4+ years of skilled wedding photography experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing complete wedding coverage
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition and storytelling
- Ability to lead a team and manage clients professionally
- Willingness to travel frequently
