Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications using modern development practices.

• Build clean, scalable, and reusable frontend solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and PHP .

• Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals , and Google Lighthouse performance.

• Implement Technical SEO best practices, Schema Markup, structured data, and SEO-friendly architecture.

- Optimize CSS, JavaScript, images (WebP/AVIF), fonts, and DOM structure for maximum performance.
- Migrate legacy jQuery functionality to modern Vanilla JavaScript where required.
- Implement Lazy Loading, Render Optimization, Code Splitting, and Mobile-First development practices.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and compliance with accessibility standards (ARIA/WCAG).
- Refactor and modernize existing codebases to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Manage source code using Git and follow industry-standard development workflows.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend and website performance issues efficiently.

Required Skills

✔ 2–4 years of professional experience in Web Development.

✔ Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP (Mandatory) .

✔ Hands-on experience with Bootstrap 4/5 and responsive web development.

✔ Strong understanding of Technical SEO , website architecture, and on-page optimization.

✔ Experience improving Core Web Vitals , Lighthouse scores, and website loading speed.

✔ Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques, including Lazy Loading, DOM optimization, and asset optimization.

✔ Familiarity with Schema Markup , structured data, and SEO best practices.

✔ Experience with image optimization techniques (WebP, AVIF, Lazy Loading).

✔ Experience with Git, version control, and cooperative development workflows.

✔ Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
