Job Title: Website Management and Content Creation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and proactive Website Management and Content Creation Specialist to oversee the performance, maintenance, and editorial strategy of our online platforms. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for keeping our website technically sound, secure, and user-friendly, while simultaneously producing compelling multimedia content that aligns with our brand strategy. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of technical web skills (CMS management, basic HTML/CSS, SEO) and creative storytelling abilities (copywriting, basic design, asset creation).

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management & Maintenance

- Platform Oversight: Administer and update the company website using Content Management Systems like WordPress or Shopify.
- UX/UI Optimization: Monitor site architecture, navigation, and page layouts to maximize user experience and conversion rates.
- Technical Health: Conduct regular website audits to fix broken links, resolve formatting bugs, and minimize page load times.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure data security measures, legal compliance (e.g., GDPR, copyright laws), and hosting/domain renewals are up to date.
- Analytics Reporting: Track web traffic, bounce rates, and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics.

Content Strategy & Creation
- Copywriting & Editing: Write, proofread, and publish high-quality blog posts, landing page copy,



and product descriptions.
- Multimedia Production: Design engaging visual assets, infographics, and short-form videos to support written web content.
- Editorial Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across the website and integrated social media.
- SEO Management: Implement search engine optimization best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to boost organic search rankings.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a uniform tone of voice, visual identity, and message across all published web elements.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience managing websites and creating professional digital content.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with major CMS platforms, basic HTML/CSS, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs).
- Creative Portfolio: A proven portfolio showcasing published web copy, design elements, or case studies of improved website performance.
- Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere) or Canva for asset creation.
- Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, solid time-management skills, and the agility to manage multiple creative projects concurrently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
