We support digital marketing campaigns, social media, customer engagement, business development, and operational coordination across multiple markets.

Our primary website is a complex WordPress-based digital platform built using the Kadence theme, Elementor Pro and Kadence Block Editor. The platform includes e-commerce sales, donations, digital content distribution, memberships, sponsorship functionality, and customer scheduling tools.

We are seeking a technically skilled and reliable Webmaster / WordPress E-Commerce Manager to oversee, maintain, optimize, and secure our online platform.

Position Overview

The Webmaster / WordPress E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the full technical management and operational performance of our WordPress website. This role ensures uptime, security, speed optimization, payment gateway functionality, membership management, digital downloads, sponsorship systems, and scheduling tools operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
- Manage and build pages using Kadence Theme, Elementor Pro and Kadence Blocks.
- Optimize layout structure, responsiveness, and page performance.




- Manage WooCommerce including products, digital downloads, and subscriptions.
- Oversee donation systems and recurring payment processing.
- Manage membership tiers, gated content, and access permissions.
- Maintain scheduling and booking integrations.
- Monitor site speed, security, SSL certificates, backups, and firewall protections.
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, checkout issues, and user access problems.
- Provide analytics reporting and recommend conversion improvements.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing complex WordPress websites.
- Experience with Kadence Theme, Elementor Pro and Kadence Block Editor.
- Robust knowledge of WooCommerce, membership plugins, and booking systems.
- Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, and subscription payment systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress security hardening and performance optimization.
- Native-level fluency in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write clearly and professionally.
- The ability to speak Hindi accurately and effectively. .

Compensation: Compensation will be based on experience and scope of responsibilities. Both full-time employment and consultant arrangements may be considered.
