Role Description This full-time Web Developer role at Karv Capital is a hybrid position based in Kota, with the flexibility for some work from home.

The Web

Developer will design, build, and maintain websites and web applications that support the firm’s wealth management services and client-facing digital experiences. Daily responsibilities include developing responsive user interfaces, implementing secure and efficient back-end functionality, integrating third-party tools and APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves collaborating with business and marketing teams to translate requirements into scalable web solutions, optimizing performance and SEO, and maintaining clean,



well-documented code.

The Web

Developer will regularly troubleshoot issues, enhance existing features, and contribute to continuous improvement of Karv Capital’s digital presence. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks.

Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, such as working with server-side languages, databases, APIs, and security best practices.

Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, covering end-to-end site architecture, integration, testing, and deployment.

Candidates should possess familiarity with up-to-date development tools and workflows, including version control (e.g., Git), package managers, and build/automation tools.

Relevant qualifications include prior experience as a Web Developer, preferably in financial services or professional services, and a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of UI/UX principles, SEO fundamentals, performance optimization, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
