Job Title: Manager – Export (FMCG Industry)

Location: Ahmedabd

Department: International Business / Exports

Reports To: General Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets in international markets.

- Identify new business opportunities and establish distributor/partner networks across regions.

- Manage documentation, shipping, logistics, and export compliance in line with global trade policies.

- Maintain strong relationships with international clients, agents, and business partners.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas buyers.

- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.

- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to plan strategies.





- Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and regulatory requirements for FMCG exports.

- Prepare regular MIS reports on export performance and market expansion.

- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.

- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG Export/International Sales.

- Solid knowledge of export documentation, LC, INCO terms, and logistics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to travel internationally as required.
