We are seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Middleware Administrator with strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks BW 5x TIBCO EMS TIBCO Administrator Rendezvous and TIBCO Hawk to support and manage largescale enterprise integration platforms The ideal candidate should possess deep operational and troubleshooting experience across production environments supporting mission critical middleware infrastructure deployments messaging services high availability configurations and performance optimization The role involves managing large TIBCO estates providing L2L3 support performing deployments incident management root cause analysis platform upgrades configuration management automation and ensuring high availability of middleware services

TIBCO Business Works Administration

Administer and support TIBCO Business Works 5x environments 5161 mandatory

Manage deployment and lifecycle of BW applications through TIBCO Administrator and App Manage utilities

Deploy start stop upgrade and troubleshoot BW EAR files across environments

Monitor and manage BW engines process instances thread utilization and application health

Perform workplace validation deployment verification and postrelease support

Analyze BW logs and perform root cause analysis for application failures

Support BW integration with EMS databases APIs and external applications

Manage and support 100 BW applications across multiple environments

TIBCO EMS Administration

Administer and support TIBCO EMS 10x environments 104 preferred

Manage EMS Fault Tolerant FT ActiveStandby configurations

Perform EMS failover testing compaction activities upgrades and health checks





Create and maintain oQueues oTopics oBridges oRoutes oConnection Factories oUsers and Groups

Manage EMS security JAAS authentication LDAPActive Directory integrations

Configure and tune otibemsdconf otibemsd2conf otransportsconf ousersconf ogroupsconf

Monitor EMS datastore health ledger files storage utilization and message flow

Manage EMS logs log rotation and performance tuning

TIBCO Rendezvous RVD

Configure and troubleshoot RVD daemon services

Manage transport configurations and connectivity parameters

Diagnose communication issues between EMS BW and external applications

Support transportlevel troubleshooting and recovery activities

TIBCO Hawk Administration

Configure and maintain Hawk Agents and Hawk Domains

Manage microagents and monitoring rulebases

Perform health checks and monitoring for oBW Engines oEMS Servers oSystem Resources oApplication Processes

Troubleshoot Hawk communication and agentrelated issues

Monitoring Operations

Utilize GEMS or equivalent monitoring tools to monitor oQueue depth oTopic subscribers oBridges oRoutes oEMS FT status

Monitor production middleware environments proactively

Perform incident resolution within SLA commitments

Participate in Major Incident Management and Problem Management activities

Perform RCA preparation and implementation of corrective actions

Support oncall rotation and critical production change implementations

Automation Scripting

Develop scripts for deployment monitoring housekeeping and operational automation

Utilize AppManage CLI for automated deployments and service management

Create and maintain operational runbooks and SOPs

Support CICD and infrastructure automation initiatives where applicable
