Role Description The Web Designer role at Brevia Tech is a part-time, hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Web

Designer will create modern, responsive website layouts and user interfaces that reflect client brand identity and support business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing web pages and digital assets, collaborating with developers and content teams,



and translating requirements into wireframes, mockups, and final designs. The role involves optimizing designs for usability and performance across devices, maintaining design consistency, and updating existing sites based on feedback and analytics.

The Web

Designer will also participate in design reviews, ensure adherence to accessibility and best practices, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall digital experience.

Qualifications

- Web design skills, including Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with the ability to create user-friendly, cross-device experiences.
- Visual design capabilities, including Graphic Design and Graphics, to develop cohesive layouts, assets, and brand-aligned interfaces.
- Front-end development knowledge, including basic Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript), to support implementation of designs.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar), and an understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret client requirements, and capacity to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant education or training in design, multimedia, computer science, or a related field; prior experience in agency or product environments is an advantage.
