Job Title: Associate Video Editor

Location: Ahmedabad (In-Office)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

- Produce high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos with strong hooks and retention strategies
- Handle end-to-end post-production including color grading, sound design, and pacing
- Translate ideas into compelling visual stories aligned with target audience preferences
- Ensure high-quality output with solid attention to detail while meeting deadlines

AI & Workflow Expectations

- Utilize AI tools for auto-captioning, voice cleanup, and background removal
- Work with tools like Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, and Descript




- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form snippets
- Use templates, presets, and automation for efficient workflows
- Analyze performance metrics like watch time and audience drop-off to improve content

Required Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong understanding of video editing and storytelling

Bonus Skills

- Motion Graphics
- Basic VFX
- Final Cut Pro

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Open to learning and adapting to new tools and trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
