Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.

- Manage and support a team of sales representatives in the assigned area.

- Identify new business opportunities and build robust client relationships.

- Monitor sales performance and market trends within the area.

- Conduct regular field visits to ensure customer satisfaction and team performance.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables.

- Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance.

- Prepare and present reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.

- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to optimize regional campaigns.





- Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations efficiently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 4+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a team leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
