We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watch Technician to inspect, repair, service, and maintain a wide range of wristwatches and timepieces. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in mechanical and quartz watches, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches.

- Disassemble, clean, lubricate, assemble, and regulate watch movements.

- Replace damaged components such as crystals, crowns, stems, gaskets, straps, and batteries.

- Conduct water-resistance testing and quality inspections after repairs.

- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing.

- Use specialized watchmaking tools and testing equipment safely and effectively.

- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.





- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards.

- Advise customers or service advisors on repair requirements and maintenance recommendations.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

- Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent training in Watch Repair/Watchmaking.

- 1-3 years of experience in watch servicing and repairs (preferred). Freshers can also apply

- Robust knowledge of mechanical, automatic, and quartz watch movements.

- Ability to read technical manuals and service documentation.

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
