Warranty Assistant - Popular Mega Motors (Tata Commercial Vehicles)
Qualification: Diploma (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)
Location: Calicut
Responsibilities
- Process and submit vehicle warranty claims.
- Record vehicle complaints and repair details.
- Maintain warranty documents and records.
- Coordinate with the workshop and spare parts team.
- Follow company warranty policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the automobile industry.
