ABOUT THE ROLE The Warehouse Operations Intern is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth workflow processes, maintaining operational records, and supporting business efficiency. The role requires robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as spare parts, other equipment
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Respond to operational queries and resolve issues promptly
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation in BBA, Supply chain
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
