About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and process-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations at our Udyog Vihar production facility. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse functions across all three brands – Blue Tokai Coffee, Suchali’s Artisan Bakehouse, and Got Tea.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, process adherence, and team handling within a manufacturing/FMCG/food production setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse operations including inward, outward, storage, dispatch, and inventory control
- Ensure smooth material movement and stock availability across all three brands
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts
- Monitor GRN, batch tracking, FIFO/FEFO practices, and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams for operational planning
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle vendor coordination and dispatch planning
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, shift planning, and manpower allocation




- Maintain proper documentation and system updates related to inventory and warehouse operations
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce losses
- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards within the warehouse setup

Requirements

- 7–9 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management
- Prior experience in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, or supply chain operations preferred
- Robust understanding of warehouse processes, stock management, and dispatch operations
- Experience in handling ERP/warehouse management systems
- Good team handling and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and operational planning ability
- Knowledge of hygiene, compliance, and safety standards is preferred
