Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Operator – Dispensing for our Formulation manufacturing facility, responsible for exact dispensing of raw materials and excipients used in the production of oral solid dosage forms, injectables, and other formulations. The role demands strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a regulated formulation unit.

Key Responsibilities:





- Perform accurate weighing and dispensing of raw materials and excipients as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) / Batch Production Record (BPR).

- Operate calibrated balances, dispensers, and barcode scanners for traceable dispensing.

- Handle materials under controlled and classified areas (Grade C/B cleanroom).

- Follow GMP, GDP, and company SOPs rigorously during dispensing activities.

- Ensure materials are labeled correctly with status, weight, batch number, expiry date, etc.

- Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC teams for timely material dispensing.
