Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vijayawada District. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.

Manager will plan and organize workflow, allocate tasks to team members, and ensure safe, efficient use of equipment, including forklifts. The role involves monitoring performance against operational KPIs, implementing process improvements,



and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manager will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of goods.
- Candidates should possess experience in Inventory Management and Operations Management to optimize warehouse workflows and resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess practical Forklift Operation skills and knowledge of material handling equipment to promote safe and efficient movement of goods.
- Relevant experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably within logistics or supply chain operations.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, delegate tasks, and maintain a secure, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in basic computer and warehouse management systems.
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
