Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inward Executive to oversee our warehouse receiving operations. You will be responsible for ensuring all incoming materials, goods, and products are accurately verified, documented, and stored. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with inventory software, and a track record of maintaining high accuracy in fast-paced environments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving & Inspection: Supervise the unloading of goods, verify physical counts against purchase orders/delivery challans, and check items for damage.

- System Logging: Maintain real-time inventory records by generating Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and updating our ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS). [1, 2]

- Quality Coordination: Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to flag defects and isolate non-conforming items. [1]

- Vendor Management: Document shortages, damages, or discrepancies,



and communicate directly with vendors and the procurement team to resolve issues. [1, 2, 3, 4]

- Space Optimization: Assign incoming stock to designated storage locations following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. [1]

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in warehouse inwarding, store keeping, or inventory control.

- Education: Graduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field (High school diploma with relevant experience also accepted).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally) and Microsoft Excel.

- Soft Skills: Robust communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work on your feet in a warehouse setting. [1, 2, 3]
