- Process Executive – International Voice • Senior Process Executive – International Voice Work Location: Pune & Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: 0 – 5 Years Eligibility: Any Full‐Time Graduate (15 years of formal education) Shifts: 24x7 Rotational (US shifts / night shifts included) Postgraduates are not eligible Employment: Full‐time ️ What you'll do:
- Handle voice support for international customers • Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism • Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions • Follow quality standards and process guidelines What we're looking for:
- Excellent verbal communication (English)



• Customer‐centric attitude and problem‐solving skills • Comfortable with rotational shifts and fast‐paced setting Mandatory documents (Originals + copies):
