N- Process Executive – International Voice

N- Senior Process Executive – International Voice

NWork Location: Pune & Bangalore (Work from Office)

NExperience: 0 – 5 Years

NEligibility: Any Full‐Time Graduate (15 years of formal education)

NShifts: 24x7 Rotational (US shifts / night shifts included)

NPostgraduates are not eligible

NEmployment: Full‐time

NWhat you'll do:

N- Handle voice support for international customers

N- Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism

N- Troubleshoot issues andprovide quick, accurate solutions

N- Follow quality standards and process guidelines

NWhat we're looking for:

N- Excellent verbal communication (English)

N- Customer‐centric attitude and problem‐solving skills





N- Comfortable with rotational shifts and rapid‐paced environment

NMandatory documents (Originals + copies):

N- Updated resume (printout)

N- Any 2 govt photo IDs (PAN/Aadhar/Voter ID/Passport)

N- Academic documents: 10th & 12th marksheets, Graduation marksheets (all semesters), CMM, Provisional & Degree certificate

NSecurity: Laptops & cameras not permitted. Govt ID mandatory for entry.
