Role & responsibilities

- Multi-Level Instruction: Adapt teaching styles to suit both early learners (Nursery to UKG) and primary students (Class 1 to 5).

- Foundational Skill Building: Teach early literacy, numeracy, and motor skills to pre-primary students through play-based methods.

- Core Subject Teaching: Deliver engaging, structured lessons in English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies for higher primary classes.

- Classroom Management: Maintain a warm, structured, and positive classroom culture suitable for growing children.

- Progress Tracking: Conduct continuous assessments, maintain detailed performance records, and identify areas needing extra support.

- Parent Engagement: Partner closely with parents through regular updates, meetings, and reports to support the child's holistic growth

Preferred candidate profile





- Education: Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed.), Early Childhood Education, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or a related field.

- Experience: Proven teaching experience across pre-primary or primary grade levels is highly preferred.

- Core Skills: Deep understanding of child psychology, early childhood development milestones, and primary curricula.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with young children and parents.

- Personal Traits: High emotional intelligence, immense patience, creativity, and a high-energy classroom presence
