Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader Rebar Detailing to lead our UK-based rebar detailing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience in managing detailing teams and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage rebar detailing projects from concept to completion.
- Review and coordinate reinforcement detailing drawings and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with UK standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Guide, mentor, and train detailing team members.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Perform quality checks and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings, bar bending schedules, and project deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile





- Minimum 10 years of experience in Rebar Detailing.
- Proven experience working on UK Rebar Detailing Projects.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of detailers and checkers.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of UK construction and reinforcement detailing standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and rebar detailing software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of RC structures and reinforcement detailing principles.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
