We are looking for a passionate SRE Engineer to join our growing Cloud & Infrastructure team and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain high availability and uptime of client infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Participate in 24x7 operational support and on-call rotations.
- Perform proactive health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
- Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Application teams during incidents and deployments.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Support disaster recovery, backup validation,



and business continuity initiatives.
