Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from order receipt to final customer handover.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Installation teams.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved cost, quality, and timeline.
- Review project scope, technical requirements, and customer specifications.
- Track procurement status, fabrication progress, assembly, dispatch, and site activities.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and update management on project status.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage resource allocation, manpower planning, and subcontractor coordination.
- Monitor change requests, scope deviations, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Support commissioning, trial runs, customer acceptance, and project closure.
- Maintain project MIS reports, dashboards, and execution records.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes and PMO systems.
- Handle customer communication related to project progress, issues, and commitments.
- Identify and source required materials, components, and services.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and compare prices, quality,



and delivery terms.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchases to avoid shortages.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure purchased materials meet quality and specification requirements.
- Track pending orders and update management regularly.
- Support cost reduction and procurement improvement activities.
- Handle supplier issues related to delay, quality, or quantity discrepancies.
