Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure quality management system (QMS) compliance through regular audits and inspections.

- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product conformity to specifications.

- Conduct internal audits, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.

- Provide training on QMS procedures to employees at all levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 20-25 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.

- Solid understanding of production management, manpower handling, machine shop operations, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), die casting techniques.
