Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers and complete identity verification.
- Obtain customer consent.
- Conduct structured Medical Examination Report (MER) questionnaires.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate completed cases with doctors.
- Ensure SLA and TAT adherence while delivering an excellent customer experience.
