Job Title: Loan Operations Analyst / Senior Analyst / SME

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 1- 6 Years (Relevant experience in Loan Operations / Loan Syndication)

Must Have Skills:

- Loan Syndication
- Loan Operations
- Loan Reconciliation
- Financial Services / Banking Operations
- Solid Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Documentation & Record Management
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in Loan Servicing Systems (Preferred)
- Exposure to CLO/CDO Operations (Preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Loan Syndication activities.
- Perform Loan Operations including reconciliation, payment monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Legal, and Underwriting teams.
- Maintain accurate loan documentation and transaction records.
- Prepare and review operational reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies,



regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.
- Support CLO/CDO operations wherever applicable.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.

Location: Pune CTC Range: 2.5 - 8.5 Lpa

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Preferred

Mode of Interview: Walk-in Drives

Shift Timing: UK Shift (Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.)
