Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment experience to manage the complete hiring lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate maturity in stakeholder management, and have a proven ability to deliver high-volume hiring while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering through candidate onboarding.
- Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and recruitment strategies.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche, lateral, and volume hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and successful offer closures.




- Minimise offer declines through proactive candidate relationship management.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
- Organise and support hiring drives, walk-in events, and bulk recruitment initiatives.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Joining Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
- Proven stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Experience in offer negotiation and candidate closure.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring
- Strong ownership and accountability from requirement to candidate joining.
- Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
