Job Summary

We are looking for an 8 -15 experienced and detail-oriented Inward Manager to oversee the complete inward operations process for jewellery, diamonds, pearls, silver, repairs, modifications, and vendor deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete inward cycle of products from vendors, karighars, and internal departments.
- Ensure accurate inward entries, documentation, and process compliance.
- Verify vendor bills, pricing books, marking slips, weights, quantities, and product details.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, quality, and billing discrepancies.
- Ensure QC updates are completed accurately and maintain rejection records.
- Prepare quotations for customer orders, repairs, modifications, and online inquiries.
- Conduct stock audits, inward reconciliations, and discrepancy reporting.




- Monitor inward inventory and ensure accurate stock movement records.
- Coordinate with QC, Purchase, Accounts, Inventory, and Sales teams.

• Lead the inward operations team and ensure timely completion of activities.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. • Experience in Jewellery Retail, Manufacturing, or Precious Metals Industry preferred.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of inward operations and inventory management.

- Experience in jewellery, diamonds, pearls, silver, or luxury retail operations.
- Expertise in pricing verification, vendor bill checking, and stock reconciliation.
- Strong audit, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
