Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and potential candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process until successful placement is made.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and other relevant metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in domestic IT staffing
- Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) model and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, Shine.com etc.
- Candidates who are willing to work in Evening shifts (3PM to 12AM)
