Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp chats.

Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.

Build customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications





D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.

0-2 years of experience.

Freshers & Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Required Skills

Strong communication and sales skills.

Customer-centric approach.

Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
